How can I renew my license?

I used to have individual license (with student discount 50%). Then I decided to pause of using Clo and cancelled subscription. Now I want to renew my subscription but when I try to buy license Clo offers to download program. After I downloaded program I see the auth credentials, input credentials and see the message "Your CLO subscription has expired. Click below to renew your subscription.". When I click the button I go to website page where I am offered to download the program (I already have done it).
I have turned out to be in infinite cycle: for buying individual license I must download the program and login there, and for login there I must have a license.
How can I renew my license? (ideally with student discount too)

  Please access CLO website > Sign in (you can find the button on right-hand top corner) > Access Contact Us page > Leave the contact information, subscription request, and previous license's login ID. We will get back to you soon :)

  Hi, My subscription ran out last week and when I tried to renew I got a message saying my licence was suspended possibly because I was using CLO not in accordance with my agreement. Namely more than 1 user. I have sent documents proving my sole trader status on a cpl of occasions in the past so I dont think this is the case. Anyway CLO support is very slow to get back to me despite my many emails asking to resolve the issue. All I want is a subcription renewal. How hard can that be???
