    Hi, My subscription ran out last week and when I tried to renew I got a message saying my licence was suspended possibly because I was using CLO not in accordance with my agreement. Namely more than 1 user. I have sent documents proving my sole trader status on a cpl of occasions in the past so I dont think this is the case. Anyway CLO support is very slow to get back to me despite my many emails asking to resolve the issue. All I want is a subcription renewal. How hard can that be???
