Gaps created at armhole part in animation

When I animate any garment, there are slight gaps created particularly at armhole part. I checked the fitting and it is not too tight or can't wear (Checked in different positions). Can anyone tell me why is it happening and how do I solve the problem?

  Try to lower the partial distance to 10.
