Simulation options for custom trim greyed out?
For some reason, my custom made trim cant be set to simulate with the new options for trim simulation with collision. When I right click on the trim, the options for Freeze, Activate, and Deactivate are all greyed out. Also, in the Property Editor of the trim, the two simulation options Collision Thickness and Stiffness are also both grayed out.
Any idea why this is the case?
I made the custom trim hardware in Maya. Textured it in substance painter. Then exported it as an FBX nd imported it into a blank Clo3D scene. I set the material type and imported the texture maps. Then I did a Save As and saved it as a trim file.
Now back in my scene with fabric patterns, I imported the trim from the trm file. Glue it to the fabric. Right click aaaaand .... nothing.
Its a jacket buckle. A rather large one, a clasp style, and I expect it to have some weight. My hope is that it will 'pull' on the jacket opening edge a little bit, like it would in real life.

Hi JasonA,
You are likely currently simulating with GPU. It's only supported on CPU.
