The size of the avatar is not matched and its parameters are not changed
Good afternoon, I'm facing a problem with changing the avatar settings, and I also can't add a standard size from a folder to the libraries. Could you help me solve this problem

Could you please provide screenshots of your CLO window as well as any error messages so we can find out what might be happening?

Hello, yes of course, here you go
The window for changing avatar parameters is not active and standard sizes from the CLO library are not matched with the standard avatar0 -
Thank you, unfortunately, it would also be useful to see which sizes you wished to import, but the library is cropped from the screenshot. This message would appear, for example, when trying to add male size data to a female avatar. But the avatar you have loaded has no size data at all anyway; when opening the Avatar Editor, measurement lines should appear around the avatar and the measurements shown in this window are incorrect/gibberish. Did you load the avatar directly from the library or is it another saved file?

The avatar was taken from the library that is in clo, it is also impossible to change the size of standard avatars. We tried to delete the program and download it again, but unfortunately this did not help. In general, any avatar does not match the dimensions from the library. The avatar is taken from the library, as are the sizes that are presented in Clo. I am sad because without this function I cannot continue to do my job. I really need help.0 -
Hi. At any point was the avatar exported out of CLO and brought back into CLO? If the avatar was removed and then brought back to CLO and was not properly reregistered none of the Size files or Avatar Editor will work.
One was to check this is to turn on X-Ray Joints. If you do not see the avatars skeleton then you know it was taken out at some point which is why you cannot use the sizes or editor. We also see that you have a student account. we recommend possibly speaking with one of your schools CLO instructors who may be able to assist you in person

Hi there, what our colleague explained above. Something is off about the avatars as evident from them not being editable. Keep in mind that when CLO is uninstalled, the standard assets may remain unaffected and stay on your computer, even if you reinstall they will not be updated. If you have, for any reason, corrupted avatars, please uninstall CLO completely (here is how: https://support.clo3d.com/hc/en-us/articles/16218721000601-How-to-uninstall-CLO-completely). Upon reinstalling, the assets will be newly downloaded from the CLO server.
These are the avatars you should be having:

Hello, I uninstalled the program according to the instructions, but this did not solve the problem, the avatar still cannot change the parameters and cannot add a size from the library. I have only three female avatars, the standard ones that go in the library folder. This simply never happened before; I keep everything on one drive and in a separate folder. I don't move CLO-related files anywhere. I’m already in some kind of despair, I can’t continue studying and working because of the size, since this is very important
