I am having an issue controlling my seams to the measurement i need them to be.

In real-life garment manufacture i would stay-stitch the rise seams of my trousers so that this seam doesn't stretch.

To replicate this in Clo I've been applying seam taping, but the seam is still stretching 2.3cm when comparing 2D pattern to the 3D garment. Why won't it control it to the pattern measurement (or within 5mm tolerance)?

I can't work out what I'm doing wrong?
