Change hand size in newest update/patch?

So, in this latest patch, I could have swore I saw something about changing hand size in the notes, but I can't find anything in the avatar editor or avatar properties or anywhere, and I can't find the patch notes to check it, Did I just imagine the hand size thing or am I missing something?

  hi danielamv the feature appears only when you choose in the detail tab > Advanced (Human Body) option
  Is the last one in the Arm section.
  I also think is related just to the lenght of the hand.
