WRONG MEASURES BECAUSE WHY THE RIGHT MEASURE SHOULD BE 31.8 SOMEONE KNOWS WHY THIS HAPPENS

  Two things:

  1. Your pattern doesn't measure what you think it measures. Maybe it has seam allowance included and you didn't consider it, or when importing it the scale was wrong, etc.

  2. You have a graded version of these pieces and you are on a larger size than expected.
