Optimal video rendering settings for Instagram

Hi Clo users,

Could anyone recommend optimal video rendering settings, please. Im working on Mac so rendering takes for ages and quality is still not acceptable. Im ok to let it run for days but want to be sure that result will end up being professional looking.
