Clo crashing when using Daz avatars as obj files
Hi,
I have come up with a decent work flow to import Daz avatars as obj files into Clo, along with .mdd file to animate into a pose. This has been working great for about the last 6 months now.
But all of sudden a few weeks ago I started experiencing Clo crashing after I import the Daz avatar and start to move around in the space. It never crashes during the same action. Sometimes it is during moving the view screen or saving, sometimes during simulation. This happens with some of the avatars I import, not all. It's about 50/50 at this point. I have tested GF8 vs GF3 vs GF2, changing hair, shoes, textures & morphs individually, as well as changing export settings one at a time to try to see what could be the pattern. My hope was to find one setting or one item Clo didn't like, and then move on from there.
However I have come to the conclusion that there is no pattern except this only happens with my Daz Avatars, not Avatars within Clo. Has something happened with the latest software updates that doesn't agree with Daz obj files?

In G8, some avatars have fluff (small hair) on their faces. Because of this, there may be problems.
