Getting unzip error on .zfab file

I just received my digitized fabric files and I am getting this error when I try to open them in CLO:

 

Failed to read the Fabric file. Unzip error - C:/Users/shoel/AppData/Local/CLO/CLO Network OnlineAuth/12200/1058/contents.zfab, log=[uf==0],

 

Any thoughts??

  Nevermind, figured it out. I downloaded the files one at a time & that worked.
