Can pins move together with avatar in animation?

I pined my garment to have certain pointy parts

and I want to keep these pointy parts on my garment while recording animation

but in my animation the avatar walks forward while the pinned parts wouldn't follow

Is there a way the pin can follow the avatar during animation?

as in a pin that is fixed to the avatar instead of to the definite world coordinate

  Hi light0green, for your pourpose use the tack tools.

  You can tack parts of the garment on the avatar body or parts of the garment to each other when and if necessary.
  Sometime to keep th garment in place yes useful tacks it to the avatar
