Ai and Pdf are no longer recognized?

Half way through my working day today Clo stopped accepting my ai and pdf files. I have been importing these files into Clo successfully for months, but today something has changed. Has anyone had anything like this happen to them?

  Hi lenamerrin. Can you share a file that is not working and what is the error message so I can test on my end?

  HI Pablo, I managed to figure it out. This error appears if the outline of the pattern piece is open. Before it would just say "some pattern pieces could not be imported" and now it is "icorrect file format". Go figure! Thank you for trying to help me (again) :)
