how can i fix this zipper problem?

There is a very simple fix here. Note a zipper usually does not sit on top of the outer fabric, it sits under. So you might sew it to the lower layers.
Sometimes it is better to use a shrinkage on pattern (warp/weft) ratio to reduce the patterns length by dialing down the percentage. Which means you can shorten the zip so it does not pucker. It looks like you have cloned patterns sitting over the top of a coat lining to create the padded quilting. That means your zip should NOT be at the length of the outer layers but at the length of the lower lining layer - which should be shorter and will not pucker from excess length.
The same appears to be happening with your pocket placards, they appear to be puckering where the quilting comes it - which means you need to change their patterns shrinkage ratio down slightly. Do that and it should all simulate okay.
