Unable to access desktop app, cannot reset password
I have copied password and id from password db and still says invalid id or password. Credentials work to access online dashboard. Resetting password online doesn't work either.
Any ideas?

Have you tried re-installing your desktop software?

Might also need to type it in letter for letter rather than copy/paste (if that is process you meant). I noticed sometimes the keystroke for pasting CTRL/cmd+v gets included into the password field which causes an invalid error message.
