How can I put zipper sides so it stays like this?

I would like to hide the zipper so that it stays like this but I have no idea how to do it:

 

 

 

I have searched again and again for the forum, but I need a video tutorial from which I can see how it is done little by little.

As you can see in the photo the sides take the same color as the jersey and I do not know how to do it.

In another post they told me that I had to export it in OBJ as a cut, but I do not know how to do that.

  Are you using a zipper tool or patterns for the zipper?

  Hi, Erica.

  Sorry for responding so late but I've been away from home all this time for personal reasons and I have not been able to be much in my computer.

  I used a zipper tool to make it as realistic as possible. The patterns were fine but I was not convinced and decided to put a normal zipper.

  The problem is already solved since in the end I could cover the zipper with two internal lines and in the internal lines I put the zipper.
