Asset Folder Does Not Exist

Hi,

I started Clo 3D today and this message appeared:

The Asset folder does not exist. Please confirm that installation was completed properly. The Asset folder is needed for the program to run properly.

There was no problem the day before.

There is a folder called Assets_ver_2.5.78

However I note my version of Clo 3D is showing 2.5.75.20721

Can you please assist?

  Dear Tulia, Let me look into this issue with our developer.. but, before I do so, I would like to note that ver2.5 is a very old CLO! Are you an individual user?

  Hi Erica, I have updated to the latest version of Clo3D 4.2... CLO Standalone OnlineAuth

  I've received my receipt yet when I go to use CLO I get a login box, I enter my ID, my CloWebsite email, and my Password. I get a message advising 'Invalid ID or Password'.

  Can you please assist.

  Dear Tulia,

  When you login, you must only use your CLO ID, not the email :) Would you please try again with your CLO ID and see if it still doesnt work?
