    Dear Tulia, Let me look into this issue with our developer.. but, before I do so, I would like to note that ver2.5 is a very old CLO! Are you an individual user?

    Hi Erica, I have updated to the latest version of Clo3D 4.2... CLO Standalone OnlineAuth

    I've received my receipt yet when I go to use CLO I get a login box, I enter my ID, my CloWebsite email, and my Password. I get a message advising 'Invalid ID or Password'.

    Can you please assist.

    Dear Tulia,

    When you login, you must only use your CLO ID, not the email :) Would you please try again with your CLO ID and see if it still doesnt work?
