Software Uploaded, but cannot use.

I downloaded the software, but cannot open it due to an error that reads " The program can't start because api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll is missing from your computer..." please help!

  Hi, carihrndz !!

  The error message is that api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll file does not exist so that program execution fails.

  Please try out the below manual!

   

  - If your PC is Windows 10

  1. Please install Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015 .

  : https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=48145

  2. Please reboot after latest Windows update.

   

  - If your PC is not Windows 10

  1. Install KB2999226 update.

  : https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2999226

  2. If it is failed to update KB299922, update to the latest OS and reinstall it.

  3. Uninstall Visual Studio 2015 Redistributable Package and reinstall it.

  I downloaded the software and install it, but I can't open. It's show me - cannot find libcollada14dom21x64,dll please re-install this application..
