Avatar poses

I casually discovered that it's easier to create new poses when the skin of the avatar still visible as usual.
I'm just more aware of the movement I'm doing.
To do this I click on the Show X-Ray Joints button, select the joint I want to move, turn off the Show X-Ray Joints button and start to move the joint.
The weird thing is that I have to re-do the whole process for each movement.
So I suggest to let the skin visible and show only the joints point (even smaller) and not all bones, in order to have a better feeling in creating new poses.

  I'd like to add that without motion or dynamic poses how can users determine fit and movement of a garment. Are we expected to move each joint to get the correct fit-friendly poses?
