    Oh, I am so sorry for the delay, it was a day off on Friday! As lourieclo also has the same problem as yours, will it be ok to assist you here again? Sorry for the confusion : ( I've shared this issue with our developer and having your workflow and your system information including graphic card would be a great help in figuring out the problem. For the workflow, would you please explain how you get the result in detail? I am deeply sorry again for the delay.

    I shared the video file with our developer and it is our bug. So sorry for the trouble :(
    According to the developer, the bug will be fixed in the next version and the prior 4.0.131 version will not occur the problem.
    Until the next version is released, would it be ok to use the prior 4.0.131version?
    I'll send you an URL you can download an installer!

    The bug has fixed in 4.2 OBT version, please try out our new version! :) Below is a snapshot I've exported from 4.2version of CLO.

    If you still have the problem of exporting a snapshot with 4.2 OBT version, Please let me know.

    Many features are applied to 4.2 OBT version, I hope you like it!

    Yes I've been wanting to do the beta test but my computer gives me this dialogue box.

    I already reported this on OBT feedback. But that's good news if it is fixed in V4.2! :)
