I’ll share how to express the falbala on clothes. Hope it helps!

1. Determine the length of the internal line.
2. Use Rectangle tool draw a rectangle that the width is longer than the length of internal line.
3. Create sewing lines.
4. Freeze other patterns before simulation.
5. Adjust falbala and apply proper fabric.
6. Active all pattern and then simulation.
