imported avart issue with arrangement points
I'm using a workflow that imports an Genesis 2 Avatar from Daz3d and Mixamo, back into Daz3d to save as a FBX file, then uploading to the FBX file into clo3d. I purposely selected the Gen 2 avatar because it's default is a T pose. I combine that default pose from Daz3d with an animation found off of mixamo. Why every time i attempt to import this avatar into clo3d do I get that the program can't recognized that's it's already in a T pose. It won't acknowledge it, so it disables the arrangement points for some reason. Has anybody run into this problem before and what steps did you take to regain use of the arrangement points?

Hi regis269
When adding in the FBX into CLO have you gone through the Auto Convert to Avatar process? This video is not ours but goes over the import process quite well HERE.
Please also note that Genesis 2 is very old (released in 2013), which may also be causing an issue. We would recommend looking into the much newer Genesis 8 or the newest Genesis 9
