modular library update folder
I updated clo, and all the blocks that were available in the modular configurator are now not available in the new modular library. It's all empty. I used these frequently, and now I'm sort of lost. How can I get these back?

They are still there. Open the Modular Library > Select folder (kids, Men, Women) > Then select one of the garment folders

They are not there. The only blocks in there are the two I've made since updating Clo.

Something may have happened when updating CLO to 2024. I am attaching an image below which shows the path that default assets should be in. If they are not there we would recommend uninstalling CLO completely ad then redownload and install.

Ive done all steps detailed in the uninstall guide in the link. It has not solved my problem. No image was attached to this post. Can we try again please?

Hi. It does also look like you are on a Mac. For a Mac the path will be "/Documents/clo/Assets/"
You may also want to make sure that CLO has access to your documents folder by granting Full Disk Access for CLO. More information about that HERE

I'm experiencing the same issue and have been for the past 2 weeks. I've been contacted your support everywhere and I can't seem to get a response back. I'm attaching a screenshot of what I'm seeing right now.
Please help. I've been unable to use the software for 2 weeks now. This is what I'm seeing when I follow the steps above.

I am confused as to what you are missing after having checked your tickets. This thread here refers to Modular Blocks. So I will go for what I estimate is happening in your case based on the info I have and what you have screenshot:
Library is missing completely: There is a new version of the library, you can turn it on here -
- or by hitting the Y key on your keyboard. If you preferred the old library, switch back to it as explained in this article: https://support.clo3d.com/hc/en-us/articles/38939105493785-New-Library-Beta
If you are missing the modular blocks, please make sure all your assets are uptodate. There will be a blue N here in the old library somewhere here:
The folder you have screenshot is the avatar folder in the assets, the modular blocks would be further up in the folder structure. If this refers to the assets instead of the library itself, there is a known issue connected to saving on the icloud. If this is the case, let me know so I can find the details again.
