Spiral tool not working
No matter how much I try to change the lengths using the spiral pattern tool it just remains in the automatic format. How can I solve this?

We are not seeing any errors on our side. If instead of inputting numbers you use the up/down arrows do you see the shape change?

Are you using the most recent version of CLO? 2024.0.200?
If the issue persists please make a screen recording if possible and send to us directly through our Contact Us page

same issue here - using 2023.0.200, not only the performance is extremely poor but also some tools really don't work, such as spiral tool. Are you guys working on a fix?

The spiral tool is working for me:
Please open a ticket on the contact us page and include a video of trying to use the spiral tool, so we can investigate further (we need this info to see if we can replicate the problem). Thank you!

Thank you for getting back to me on this. After I saw your message I shut down CLO and restarted. It installed some updates and now the Spiral tool is working.
