Custom Avatar is importing with Flipped Normals
The custom avatar I'm importing keeps coming into CLO with flipped normals. This results in
1. the avatar always has a grey look because it's showing the "wrong side" of the skin
2. MORE IMPORTANTLY, every garment I then try to dress the avatar with gets "swallowed" into the inside of the avatar (screenshot below) because the fabric wants to collide and stay on top of the out side of the skin which is now flipped to the inside.
How can I make sure the normals of the avatar are imported so they are facing outwards and have correct collision with the fabric garments ?

Can you check whether the avatar imports correctly into Blender or a 3D viewer? This way we can rule out where the issue occurs (if it is inside CLO, we will investigate; if it is outside CLO, the solution must likely be found in external 3D software).
