Problem with Long Boots Animation

Hi！
I have a problem with walking animation with long boots. I created long boots with heels on Blender, then exported as FBX file. On CLO,  I got no problem registering these boots. However, when it comes to the walking animation, the boots don't move along avatar's legs.

If anyone knows the solution, I'd like to know how to solve this problem! Thank you.
