Bust point measurement height

Hello, I'm working with a dress form that has a lower bust point & under bust measure than any of your pre-loaded US and European avatars - I guess the South African ladies just has lower busts.  I have tried so many different ways with adjusting the measurement heights as well as the HPS to apex but it just distorts the overall shape of the Avatar.  I've also created additional "measurement points" on my Avatar but that doesn't work either.  I am completely out of ideas.  Please help.  I need to lower the points (on the Avatar) at which the bustpoint and underbust measurements get taken from.  How do I do this?

  Currently this can be more difficult. But our team is working to improve this feature currently
