Issues registering a button - CLO 7.0

When I try to register a button I get this messaging saying the button attached to the garment must intersect the positive Y- axis. How do I make sure that happens?

  Hi sanyuserwadda9,

  The button appears to be sunken into the ground in the 3D space. Can you import the OBJ as an avatar, select this:

  

  export it again, and then try with this new OBJ?
