    The best way to work with long hair is to fix the entire garment (incl. hi-res with the avatar offset set to 0), but for a great result, the garment should at best be lying tight against the avatar. And then apply the hair as the last step. This can also be achieved by deactivating the hair and reactivating at the very end. I do not know if this is achievable for the jacket in question as it has some volume. The hair is mostly immobile (except for moving with the skeleton). The jacket would have to fit in between the narrow space between the hair and the avatar. A last option is to work as previously described and then to only take renders from front view as the back will look unrealistic.
