can not access program, sent request for help, but no one replied yet for 3 days.
I was using trial license, and after expired, got renew.
but for same computer, it keeps saying, I need to deactivate other computer.
I can not figure out this. I need to use program ASAP, Please contact me and help on how to fix this. I had multiple computers, one of computer was returned to old company, not sure if it is related. Need somebody help to fix this.

WOW..I found tiny remote log out option for other device from my account profile. now I can access with this computer and solved bymyself.
