Undo issue
-
Dear ho33ein500,
Have you tried going several steps back? Simulation might not have been the last step registered in the log. You can check the History:
And jump to the step before "simulate". Note that whenever a file is closed, the history is lost. So when a file is reopened, previous steps are not remembered. If you want a status to stay intact, you can use Add 3D State inside the history and jump back to it later (but be aware that this increases the file size quickly).

Yes
I checked from the history window.
I did a simple test for you to understand.
At the beginning of my work
I brought a t-shirt from the garment section of the library.
I moved the sleeves a little to make history
I simulated and the operation was done correctly.
But no matter how much I undo, the fabric does not return to the state before the simulation.0 -
I have 3 computer
1- CPU: AMD3900X GPU:2060 Super Ram: 32GB windows: 21h2
2- CPU: Intel 11700k GPU: on Board Ram:32GB windows: 22h2
3 - Laptop Lenovo E550 CPU: cori5 5200u GPU: AMD R7 M265 Ram: 8GB Windows:2020 ver:190.41
This problem exists in all three of my systems.
They are all like this.
But my friends who are working with this software do not have this problem.
And I researched and couldn't find the solution.0 -

Hi ho33ein500,
This article describes a different issue, but please scroll down to the description of how to run CLO with administrator rights on Windows: https://support.clo3d.com/hc/en-us/articles/17074279996697-Disk-access-rights-required-when-CLO-running
When it is done, can you test again if the issue still occurs?
