How to convert existing garment image to CLO 3D garment
I have an existing garment image, how to create the same CLO 3D garment based on this photo?

You did not attach any image that we can see. But in CLO you will need to create the pattern pieces then from there arrange/sew and apply prints/colors.
We have a lot of great videos on our Youtube channel. This video from Pattern to Production might give you a great over view of what CLO can do. From there we have a great beginner series that can be used to start learning CLO
