2d window clo is slowing

Hi

I am working with version 6.0 (30 day trial version) on a Mac 4GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i7. And when I work in the 2d window CLO often slows down so much that I can't continue working and I have to restart CLO. I can do that every 30 minutes. What can be the reason for this? Can anyone help me to fix this problem ?

  Hi anka. Sorry you are having issues. Can you answer a few questions please?

  • How much RAM do you have installed? Can you send a screenshot of your "About this Mac."?
  • Are you creating your patterns?
  • Can you add a screenshot of your 2D window with your patterns selected?

  Hi

  Yes I am creating my patterns. And it occurs only in the 2D window also with very simple Patterns, see screenshot below. RAM: 24 GB, processor 4GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i7, AMD Radeon R9 M290X 2GB

   

  Clo tech support send me this, I considered all of the recomendations and it still occurs.
