METHOD 1

If I want to use this tool

How could I say that this notch goes to this knotch : Yellow and Blue.

I know that I could use this tools

The point is method 1 is faster

  HI. For this you would want to use Free M:N Sewing then. this way you can start at the Notch and then come back around. 

  But since there are front and back notches you would be better off using 1:M Free sewing and always just have your sewing start or end where the notches are. While yes this is not as fast you will be able to control matching your notches

  M:N sewing will only ever match the start/end. It will not take into account the notches
