It looks like the fabric was accidentally flipped. I ended up selecting flip normal on the 3D garment. Garment Right-Click Pop-Up Menu ▶ Pattern ▶ Flip Normal Thanks!

In the Render window the topstitching is missing on the top, but is visible on the bottom.
