Great suggestion. I tried this out but unfortunately, it did not solve the problem.  My best guess is that the software used to create the custom avatar created it with a "low resolution". Not sure...

This seems incomplete. It doesn't look like the graphic shown on the updates list. Is there a way to add the construction detail callouts?

Right, but then what can I tell them to help them access my files? Gerber is supposed to be compatible with Clo so there has to be a way to fix the issue. What is the fix?
