Sorry just ot add to that - please can anybody advise me what to do because this is actually preventing me form exploring the software in full.. Thank you.

I cannot get my trial of clo3D (which I was very excited about) to show the content of the property editor - I have tried resetting it and many other buttons from task bar drop downs etc but to no avail.
