you are on textured surface, changed it to thick textured surface from toggle menu on the left or short cut Alt +1

Actually after i contacted with 5 PC building companies,i finally just get in touch with a XIDAX pc and they helped me with everything.. So this is solved :) but again thanks alot with the reply.....

Hi karinavf6 Is there an internal line on there? Did you play with the internal fold line angle under the property editor? You should also lower the particle distance of that pattern piece.

CLO Designers Yes! looks like it is fixed with the 2024 new version . It works now :)

Yes! I have the same issue with CLO 2024 while adding the Zipper.. it works fine on 7.3 but i guess there is a bug or something in 2024 version.
