Problem with simulation (MacBook M1Pro)

Hello everyone. Faced with such a problem. I have a MacBook on M1Pro. When I do the simulation, everything slows down terribly. I understand the program is not optimized for the new mac processors. Tell me, how can I optimize in the settings? Maybe someone has faced such a problem.

  Currently there is no one fix option .But our Dev team is working hard to improve the MacM1 chip speed with CLO
