Top stitch Normal map does not show in exported Texture map.

Garment has top stitch/Normal map in UV editor as below, but when I bake or export normal map, it does not show Stitch normal map at all.

I want to add Top stitch normal(exported TOP STITCH in Texture), please help how to bake Stitch normal map.

Below is the Baked Normalmap.
