    Hi dni10134912. Yes you can definitely use CLO on your new computer. Just make sure you have logged out of CLO on your old one first. The login is under Settings.

    If you do have any trouble logging into CLO on your new computer please reach out to us here.

    My old computer crashed and cannot get in. I installed clo on new computer and cannot

    opened. How to solve it?

    HI liannepaul. To use your login on a new device you will need to logout and deactivate the license on your old computer. You can find instruction on how to do this HERE

    I CAN NOT GET INTO MY OLD PC ANYMORE. Your contact us link to a general FAQ. not help. This is really backward not allowed to switch computers. Really frustrated.

    Hi liannepaul. Please see below visual.  You need to click in the area circled and not directly on the drop down carrot. I have also reported the clicking the drop down carrot is not currently working. Thank you!
