how to resize OBJ textures?
I know there are a few posts on the subject already, but I still don't understand how to alter, resize and manipulate the textures of the OBJ if they come from another program.
Is it because the UV's don't exist? Because the maps have not been baked?
If the OBJ is from CLO originally, do we have to take it into blender/maya/zbrush/substance, generate maps, and then import again for the texture to grant manipulation?
