Important: CLO SET connection error / tech pack upload url

Hello! :) Could anyone advise to do about the following error? I am uploading a file to CLO SET using the advanced plan with the aim of generating the tech pack... when clicking on "generate tech pack via clo set" The file loads and I then get the error "failed to upload, check CLO set url in user settings". The internet is connected... I have tried different links, versions and account-specific links with no result. This error only comes up for one specific file, while other files have been working fine, which seems odd. Also somehow "sharing" the file to clo set seems to work but I then do not have a button to download a tech pack. Please could someone advise how to solve this? I need to generate a tech pack for this garment and this seems to b the only way as I can not see a "download tech pack button" when viewing my styles on CLO SET (like it is shown in the manual). Thank you!! L

  Addition: I am logged into clo set in my web browser as well.

  These are my current settings which have worked ok for other garments.
