Can't open software

Hi, 

I downloaded your program  from your website of “Trial Download”. It installed correctly but when I try to open the App, a message appears, saying: " This App cannot run on your PC. To find a version for your PC, check with the software publisher."

What should I do, can you help me with that?

  Hi jenniferbllr. Have you checked your computer specs compared to out CLO system requirements HERE. If everything on your computer is meeting CLO spec requirements please Contact us HERE directly.
