Cannot find UV Edit in 2D Toolbar
Hello,
I am currently using CLO 6.0, but I can't seem to find the UV Edit in my 2D Toolbar. Not sure if this is me or whether it's a bug.
Please help me out if you have any info regarding this!
I'm trying to assign the UV correctly in order to bake the textures to see if the clothes will render nicely in Daz.
Any help at all is very appreciated, thank you so much!

Hi jdiduch,
Thank you for your help! Do you have any suggestions on how to arrange the UVs so that when I bake it and put it in Daz, it gets arranged correctly on the garment?
Any help appreciated!

Daz does not support the UDIM workflow so all your pattern pieces of any given material need to be on one tile. Open up the UV editor and your pieces will all be in a pile together- spread them out and turn them so their orientation is correct. Arrange all the pieces roughly in the shape of a square, and put your marker-making hat on, you want to maximize your space utilization. Then select all the pieces and right-click and select "fit all to 0-1". Don't let your pieces pass out of the square. If you have a pattern to match like a plaid, stripe or floral, then things can be a bit more complicated if you intend to do any texturing outside of Clo. When you export, you may need to tweak the amount that you fill the seams, as well as the resolution of your texture files to get the result you want, depending on how close up your final image will be.
