i logged in the program, “invalid id or password” pops up all time.

Hi, i joined the program yesterday.
And i’ve done all the required email certification.
But i’ve never been able to login.
When i logged in the program, “invalid id or password” pops up all time.
I don’t know why. And i’ve already paid for it. I really want.. to login. Please tell me how. Thank you in advance.

  I updated mac os already. And I've done everything I was told to do.
