when i upload a pic from my PC it opens invisible

im trying to put a print on fabric but when i upload something from my Pc the clo3d doesnt show anything the pic i uploaded goes invisible. i would love to get it fixed , is  there anything that i have to do?

  Hi qwertylama12. Are you applying the Print the the fabric Texture slot? You can find a video on our Youtube channel HERE about how to properly apply prints/textures to fabrics in CLO. We hope this helps!
