Guys you are awesome, I was having a hard time importing shoes from Cinema 4D, one update and you guys rock my world.

Multiple Materials now possible. The whole mesh looks as it should.

FBX Export from Cinema 4D works like a charm now.

Importing the shoes, assigning materials is a breeze now.
