I am using MacBook Pro M1,16GB/RAM. I know Macs are not the best option for working with clo but my Mac is not that old plus has Apple M1 chip.
When finishing the garment, applying all the textures and maps simulation becomes so slow that I cannot change anything if something is needed, the mac just starts to freeze and there is nothing else left to do except force quit the programme.
I am using real scale textures and its sizes are not that much, but when I apply the textures and finish the project, it is still around 200-300MB.
Rendering is also not possible on my Mac. Even if the time setting for max render per image is selected 20 mins the programme is rendering the image forever and it just never finishes it. It is okay that at least I can use clo-set for rendering the images online but to do a rendered animation I can only dream of.
I am not so experienced clo3d user and start to think there is something I do wrong when constructing the project but I cannot find the reason that causes the further use of the software so extremely slow and nearly impossible.
I really want to continue using clo but for now, it is not possible to have efficient and smooth work.
Maybe Mac users can help me understand whenever I do something wrong while making the garments or is my mac too weak for the software?
