Downloading...?

HI All,

 

I have tried several rimes to download the software to my computer and each time it fails due to Network disconnect (my laptop has been connected to wifi the entire time). I have restarted the computer several times, any tips?

  Hi formallydria. We are sorry to hear that you are having trouble downloading CLO. Are you able to check that your WiFi signal is strong enough? Please also check the list HERE to see if it may be one of these other common download issues.

  Have correct passwork.  Does not work
