    Hi rach3d. This effect can be achieved using the fur Material on the fabric.

    -Go to the fabric that you would like to apply the Feather to and open the Side Tab

    -Uncheck Use Same material as front

    -Change the Type to Fur and the Fur Preset to whichever fur you would like to start with. I recommend the Raw Denim Setting

    -If you would like the Ombre look turn on Fur Color Gradation and choose your colors

    -Change the Fur Shape Base and Gravity to achieve the desired final look. (Length, Thickness, Taper, etc...)

    You can import feathers as a trim or as an avatar. If it is a 3D object. Like this.

    Thanks for all the suggestions & help. I wound up playing with the fur settings & got this look which worked out great.
